During our daily life we have attend to many things and situations, we have to make decisions about our life and our business, we require a clear and states of mind. Most of us biologically have the tendency to attend situations with emotional responses, often emotional response are not the best long term solution which can cost a lot for a business, so how can we have become a better decision maker for our business? For me meditation is a time I spend to get to know myself a bit better and into a deeper level from an objective point of view. We spend time meet others, to social and to network so we can build relationship with others, many of us not giving ourselves enough time to have a harmonised relationship with our own selves.

However, there are many things we do have control over, it is possible to take responsibility for our own states of mind – and to change them for the better.
