Different style yoga offering

Vinyasa class - Suitable for beginner to intermediate level, alternating between dynamic flow and longer held poses. Modifications or variations will always be given to suit individual students.

Restrictive - A slower class suitable for people looking for a relaxing practice. Poses are typically held for at least a few breaths and the class will finish with a relaxation.

Power Vinyasa class - A dynamic vinyasa class for those looking for a challenge. Some experience of yoga or other types of movement will be helpful.

Yoga for autism SD

Yoga is a wonderful activity to connect body and mind, and is also great for overall health and wellbeing. Yoga is a great option for taking care of ourselves, because it has such a wide range of styles and levels. You have everything from gentle breathing to hard-core postures. It is almost like autism: so many people on the spectrum, and the spectrum is massive so almost no two people are the same. Yoga is also an excellent activity for varying ability levels, and can be practised to the level that suits a particular person.

Yoga for ASD programme is specially designed to the particular person based on their physical, mental and neurological difference.

Jing’s Yoga Journey

Finding balance is in Jing's blood; working as an accountant, she knows just how important it is. With this in mind, Jing uses yoga and meditation to help her deliver highly professional accounting services while maintaining the best possible lifestyle. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and meditation with others. 

Jing also has a special interest in autism. Once she started learning more about and attending courses in the sphere of autism, she reached out to people with the condition, developing specific techniques to allow them too to benefit from her skills.
